I have spend hours experimenting and roasting some really good coffee using this air roaster. The Automatic mode will roast the coffee for you with the push of a button. No learning curve, no complicated recipe or instructions, just push the button and roast one of 5 profiles including a Light roast, Medium-Light roast, Medium Roast, Medium-Dark Roast, or a Dark Roast coffee. You pick the coffee and the Roma Pro does the rest.

Chaff Collector - Keeps the mess down
