Mini split units allow you to control the temperature of a specific room or space inside your home. Just like your normal air conditioning condenser, the coils also need to be cleaned at least once or twice a year.

This is a simple maintenance that any able bodied homeowner can perform. And regular maintenance of your unit will make the equipment last longer, dissipate heat more efficiently, and cool your home quicker. A more efficient machine usually means a lower utility bill as well!
