Gigafactory Texas on 3 September 2021! This is where the Cyber Truck and Model Y will be built!

Another great day to fly at Giga Texas and wow ... what a morning! There literally was so much going on I was only able to film and image about 2/3s of the main factory structure with the batteries I had, but I think it's worth it.
What you will get is a good introduction that discusses production outlook, timelines, and possible production ramp numbers for the next 4 quarters … your thoughts and comments are welcome too! I use information from the 3rd Quarter 2019 Tesla Report, Rob Maurer's "Tesla Daily" video from 30 August 2021, a recent Tweet from Elon Musk, Giga Shanghai ramp and production numbers and likely complicating aspects to Giga Texas that will make the ramp of Model Y (and other products) different than what we saw at Giga Shanghai.
We look at hypothetical examples for discussion on what the Model Y ramp might look like given all of this information. We consider a "Fast" and a more "Probable" Model Y ramp production numbers to help illustrate.

There are also two long time lapses in this video. The first is one that focus on the entire lift from the ground to placement of a space frame/truss section in the area between the paint shop and the battery cell structure. The second is the un-crating, movement (with a large frame and suction cups) a huge pane of glass for the west side, then seeing it spin from horizontal to vertical and watching all the workers with guidelines struggling to control the weight and size of the glass.

Here are the highlights from today's video:
- We see significant work in the casting structure area, with perimeter grade beam work, another large section of roof getting concrete poured and we get clear images and video of 2 more Giga Press foundations being constructed!
- I time-lapse the entire lift, positioning, crane movement and placing of a space frame/truss section that is part of the roof between the paint shop and the battery cell structure!
- I also got lucky and filmed the first unpacking and then lifting of a giant and enormously heavy Sedek glass panel, even filming the rotation on the special lifting arm and then placement to the upper deck window area on the west side! Look for this long time lapse of this in the video.
- We look at several significant roofing areas getting work today, including a likely second HVAC installation area near the central area, the vault roof section over the paint shop, the bridge area between the paint shop and casting, the "alley" roof and spaceframe placement and the HVAC ducting install on the battery cell structure!
- In the central area, we see a long double line of footings almost ready for concrete, storm water pipe installation (in and at) the south end of the central area, pier work is now closing in on the south end as well!
- Wall panels are also going up on the west side too, and I know the east side is now finished, but was not able to image that area.
