Meal preparation to aid Pluto takes a bit of time but is rather simple. This video is a simple step by step prep for both the meatballs and a soft lick-able meal.

For the first 6 years Pluto ate meatballs whole. This allowed him to gain weight fast and then maintain a healthy weight. When he was unable to swallow the meatballs we had to change up our methods and find a way that suited him. Getting food into his stomach via gravity sounds easy but its simply not.
