We continue our adventures in Basilan with Erwan Heussaff and explore the majestic beaches and meet the most generous locals on the island. We learned about artisans who are masters of their craft—from boatmaking, to cooking handmade delicacies like “Patulakan” and freshly made Yakan specialties like “Jah” and “Panyam.” This is an epic food trip that will surely make you book that flight!
