Shri Harbinder Singh from Delhi is an 80-year-old veteran hockey coach and selector, who has made a seminal contribution to Indian hockey for over six decades.

He has been awarded Padma Shri for his contributions to the field of sports. Apart from being a member of medal winning hockey team in Olympics and Asian Games, he had also won national championships as a sprinter.
