Today I give you an update of my autumn capsule wardrobe. This is what I wear here in Central Queensland and I'm absolutely happy with it!

I also made a seeded sourdough bread:

Pre-dough
50g water
50g rye flour
20g starter

Leave for 8-12 hrs, then add 300g water, 350g plain (or bakers) flour, 100g rye flour, 10g salt and 150g of seeds.
Knead, then rest for about an hour. Stretch & fold and leave for another hour.
Bake at 230deg C for 50mins.
