Full day of calls, started with an estimate for a customer, which I didn’t film. Then we hop into the day! The wet, rainy, Humid day 😅

Call 1 : 3 system maintenance, nothing to crazy. Biggest thing is treating the drain lines and ensuring all components and pressures meet standards.

Call 2 :No cool call with the drain line. Most common issues I face. Check over the system ensure no other issues (there is a suction line thermister reading out of range, not effecting performance. YET!)

Call 3: customer suspected a bad capacitor. Initial thoughts upon walking up on the system and just feeling around suspected low charge on R22. That was the issue, discussed with homeowner all their options, they elected to not do anything at this time.
