This test may seem ridiculous at first glance, but modern performance boats have gotten so good that they are actually becoming efficient. On a recent trip to Lake Havasu , me and the boys (@vin_tra & @max4cracks ) decided to do some science and measure the efficiency of a DCB M37R w/2 Mercury Racing 500R's, compared to my 572ci big block powered 1978 K5 GMC Jimmy. The result was actually shocking. Also Im pretty sure we all need fast boats now...god help our bank accounts.
