favorite cheese

Finely chop the garlic and sauté over medium heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the garlic and fry on both sides.
Mix eggs with canned tuna.
Salt to taste, add green onions and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook covered over low heat.
Once the omelet is done, add the cheese and cook covered
until the cheese has melted.
