Duval Asphalt's paving crews completed improvements on SR 134 (103rd Street) in Orange Park, Florida. The project extended 1.439 miles from east of I-295 to east of SR 21. Improvements included milling and resurfacing, base work, curb and gutter, traffic signals, highway signing, sidewalks and other incidental construction.
