This week I went out for the Dorado bite at Catalina on the Enterprise. The full length video will be out next week on Sunday at 5pm! This video shows how to fillet the dorado the way its done on the boat so you can do it at home and save some money on the boat to get out there quicker as the bite wont last forever. At the same time its important to show the deck hands some love and tip what you can.
