This week we got the chance to replace all the plastics with tin work on this Yamaha YXZ! We previously had done a lot of required safety work for the racing series our customer is going to be doing.
List of what we’ve done to the YXZ:

Custom DOM race cage.
Removed the stock doors and added more structural tubes in the lower door areas.
Window nets.
Removing the stock gas tank and putting In a Racing fuel cell with a bladder and foam inside.
Also adapted the stock in tank fuel pump to work with the new fuel cell!
Added UHMW skid plates.
Modified rear fenders and made new mounts.
