Here's two flash fiction examples, they're both original and were both shortlisted for prizes. Both of the flash fiction examples are between 200 and 300 words.

Flash fiction can be satisfying to write for beginners, but really difficult too. There's a lot of value to crafting flash fiction, and the benefits of it can be applied to longer pieces of writing too.
