The Route 66 Rendezvous Cruise in San Bernardino went down on the first of October 2022 and it was an amazing event that I completely underestimated how big it was. This Route 66 car show was a separate event from the Route 66 Cruise in Ontario from a few weeks prior to that this one (which I didn't make it to).

To start off, I knew this even was big but exactly how big threw me off as I began filming semi detailed shots of the cars if I was to film at least the majority of vehicles. Well that didn’t work out exactly as I thought because this thing kept going on for blocks and blocks and BLOCKS!

While I did manage to get a nice chunk of the show, it’s nothing compared to what the event actually was. So towards the last part of the video, I was just walking and filming, no longer taking the detailed shots. I was disappointed that I did not get to film at least more than half of the cruise.

While I didn’t get to film everything, what I did was pretty dope imo. Lowriders and Hot Rods…what a mix of 2 different car cultures, united in a single cruise/car show. (Not to say that there’s beef between the two, I meant united as in since each really don’t mingle too much for the most part from what I’ve seen)
