This video tells a bit about my cool old Ford pickup that went from fixer upper to a sweet daily driver. The Coronavirus shutdown provided me with plenty of evening time to complete this truck over the past year. It was a fun project, and turned out to be a terrific finished result..... it's a great representation of how cool an old Ford pickup can be. I recently sold it to a young guy who appreciates old Fords, and he'll treat it even better than I would.

Here's the details:

Shift ball and transfer case ball from SICKSPEED (Amazon)

Your choice of Horns for the situation:
- TOYOTA horn says "excuse me", FORD horn tells 'em the champ is here!

Alternator for mid 90's Econoline with built in regulator (new from NAPA)
Heavier Gauge Battery cables and ground cable
Auxiliary Blue Sea Systems Fuse panel mounted under hood
Gear Reduction Starter (cranks like a champ, whether hot or cold, and just has a great sound!)
New Radiator (Napa)
New Water Pump (Napa)
Extended Life Red Coolant (7.3's require good coolant to prevent cavitation)
Synthetic fluids at all locations (except engine)
- synthetic transmission fluid
- synthetic fluid in transfer case
- synthetic gear oil in both differentials
- conventional 15W40 in engine crankcase
LED backup lights
DIY LED Tail Iights (GROTE Trailer LED's epoxied into new aftermarket taillight housings)

TOYO OPEN COUNTRY ATII tires sized 315/75R16
