Chicken, mushrooms, leeks combined with other veggies & seasonings in a flavourful broth to create this Chicken Mushroom Soup! Fight coughs and colds with this healthy soup.

Recipe

5-6 small chicken drumsticks (boil them about 60 minutes)
3 leeks medium ( cut the top dark green portion off the leek don't use it, start by slicing the bulb into rings)
250 g button mushrooms or portobello mushrooms ( chop the sections into small cubes)
2 bay leaves
1 onion - cut in 4
1 head of celery
50 g butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 chicken bullion cube
about 80 ml cooking cream
parsley to sprinkle
