Hello everyone, back again today with a video on Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) aka Low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (yes, both as much of a mouthful as each other). Sorry about the background noise, it's hard to find a quiet place to record with a large family!
I am currently a trainee PWP working in London.
