Then you come to the right place, ProAir Duct Cleaning Equipment is here for you. With our help, we believe you can succeed in the air duct cleaning business, expand your existing business or launch a business from scratch.

There are two main elements to cleaning ducts:
• cleaning the debris for the ducts and
• disinfecting the ducts.

When removing debris from ducts, you first insert a reverse airball that allows you to blow the debris back to the clear duct box. The box is then attached to our dual motor vacuum system.

By opening the air valve, the reverse ball will feed itself through the ducts.

When cleaning commercial ducts our 24 x 24 clear duct cover allows you to cover the larger duct opening so you can effectively remove the debris.
We also include a clear lightweight duct cleaning hose that is designed to self-feed the line deep into the ducting.

Our whip head works excellent in breaking loose caked-on debris on the duct walls.
Our BioClean Duct Sprayer is designed to mist chemicals into the ducts efficiently. Our sprayer has a two-foot wand that allows you to direct the chemical mist and center it into the duct opening. The spray mist applies the chemical up to twenty feet. We added a red die to our sprayer bottle to demonstrate misting chemicals using our sprayer.

▶ What is Air duct cleaning equipment?
Air duct cleaning equipment is useful for any building to prevent the further accumulation of dirt and ensuring the efficiency of HVAC systems, with the promise of cleaner air. Regular duct cleaning will get rid of pollutants like dust in your home heating and cooling systems and make your home a cleaner place to live.

▶ There are two types of duct cleaning methods:
• Negative air Method which uses large vacuum systems
• Contact or push & pull method which utilizes portable vacuum systems

▶ The Facts about Air Duct Cleaning Equipment:
Fact #1 – Both methods work to remove dust & debris. Both methods require a vacuum source & an air compressor.

The difference is that Negative Air requires that you cut an 8-inch hole to access the ducts whereas the contact method utilizes the existing duct openings. The negative Air Method requires a vacuum source that is either a truck-mounted unit or a very large portable vacuum.
By far the most expensive equipment is the Truck- Mounted units costing between $39,000 to $55,000.

Negative Air portable vacuums weigh in at 150 pounds and cost between 3 - $5,000. Besides the vacuum, you need any other tools to clean air ducts properly. An Air compressor, duct cutting tools, hoses, agitating tools & much more cost another 2-3K. A complete portable Negative Air setup costs between $6,000 and $8,000!

Fact #2 - You cannot use Negative Air machines in some duct cleaning jobs. In our experience, some job sites prohibit cutting into the ducts. For example, secured facilities like a prison, many high-rise buildings, and Ducts located with high ceilings make it impossible to use Negative air duct cleaning equipment.

Ironically, we have customers who understand this problem and have purchased our system to allow them to do the jobs that their negative air equipment can’t.

We have had 100% success with our equipment completing any type of duct cleaning job, Large or small. Our equipment has become the most effective equipment in our industry today.

When you purchase our complete duct cleaning system you will receive a step-by-step video tutorial and also offer Job-site and bidding advice with our customer service hotline to explain how our equipment works.

Thank you and we look forward to working together.
