Fukuburger is a local burger chain in Las Vegas that had its beginnings from a food truck. Now they have two brick and mortar locations and while I have been to the one in Chinatown, I'm checking out their location on Buffalo in the southwest. I'm going to try a bunch of burgers and sandwiches to get a good idea of all the flavors at Fukuburger because as you may have heard:

Every restaurant is a buffet if you're willing to pay
