Welcome to Uganda, a place marked by both a dark history and natural wonders. We stand at a location where 19,000 people suffered unimaginable torture and lost their lives. The haunting chambers, where hundreds were confined, led to fatalities due to lack of oxygen, light, and food—all under the tyranny of Idi Amin.
Our journey continues at the Equator Line, where we conduct fascinating experiments exploring the boundaries between the northern and southern hemispheres using a small funnel. Next, we visit Lake Victoria, a crucial water source for three countries, witnessing its vast expanse and significance to the region.
We encounter a crocodile farm on our adventure, where these creatures are bred, sold, and even consumed. Uganda's abundant natural resources add to the African continent's richness, providing for its inhabitants and visitors.
As we pay our respects at the king's tombs, we connect with their great-grandchildren, reflecting on the country's rich cultural heritage.
