Ingredients

Γ— 1/2 cup Ground Ogbono
Γ— beef ( Torso)
Γ— Cow Head
Γ— (You can combine Dry fish)
Γ— 1/2 cup crayfish grounded
Γ— 1 medium onion
Γ— 1 Tsp Seasoning cubes
Γ—1 Crayfish maggi
Γ— Palm oil
Γ— 1 Tsp Dry pepper
Γ— 1 Tsp Tyme
Γ— 1 Tsp Seasoning
Γ— 1 Tsp Ginger
Γ— 1 Tsp Salt
Γ— 2 handfuls Bitter leaf (washed) boil the bitter leaves with water for ten to fifteen minutes. This technique would further reduce the bitter tastes and also soften the leaves.
Γ— Handful of Ugu leaf ( Pumpkin leaves)
