Finally after a gap of over two years due to Covid we are back to the traditional music sessions in pubs in Mid Wales!
This one is a regular weekly session at the Crown & Anchor pub in Llanidloes in North Powys every Sunday evening. We went along on Sunday 15 May. UPDATE December 2022: The Crown & Anchor pub has now closed.
The musicians featured in the video are: Alison Hobbs (fiddle), Cornelius Eger (fiddle), Eleri Northeast (fiddle), Gary Northeast (melodeon), Mark Jervis (guitar), Sion Rowley (mandolin) and Sioned Northeast (flute).
Four traditional Welsh tunes were played in this set.

1. Rhisiart Annwyl (Sweet Richard).
2. Meillionen (Clover) - Ceri Rhys Matthews' version.
3. Hen Meillionen - an older version of Meillionen.
