I have this Carlo Robelli CR1955 for sale, and a prospective buyer wanted to know how alive it sounds acoustically (i.e., unplugged). So I compared it to the nicest guitar I have that's a comparable shape, scale, and size, a 2005 Gretsch Country Club. This is a quick-and-dirty video, no audio tweaking, really bad camera angle, but you don't want to look at me, anyway, right? But the audio came through pretty well.

Now maybe it's because the strings on the Robelli are newer (the Club's strings are about due for replacement), but I thought it sounded louder than the Club, and certainly fun to play. And about 7 times less expensive.
