Pizza Cupcakes
Ingredients:
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
USE BOTTLED PIZZA SAUCE, or MY RECIPE SAUCE.
1 (14.5 oz) pureed tomatoes or
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper
Mix all together.
TOPPINGS
Grated cheese ( mozzarella, feta )
Pepperoni
Cooked sausage
Olives
Onions
Peppers
1 Apple, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
