To prepare the recipe you will need:
- Orange juice – 200 ml.
- Sugar – 200 gr.
- Agar agar – 7g
- Powdered sugar

Cooking process:
- Wash oranges and squeeze juice (200 ml)
- Pour into a pot
- Add 7 grams of agar agar.
- Add 200 grams of sugar.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Line one edge with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Remove the paper from the edge.
- Roll into a tube and cut into pieces.

To prepare lemon jelly you will need:
- Water - 900 ml
- Lemons – 4 pcs.
- Sugar – 120 gr.
- Gelatin – 30g or agar-agar
Cooking process:
- Add 100 ml of water to gelatin (30 g), mix, let it swell for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash the lemons, cut off the peel of the lemon (only the yellow one), do not touch the white part to avoid bitterness.

- Squeeze the juice from the lemons (you should get about 200 ml)
- Put lemon zest and sugar (120 g) in a saucepan.
- Fill with water (800 ml)
- Place on the stove and wait until it boils. After boiling, let it boil for about 5 minutes - this is how lemon syrup is created.
- Dissolve gelatin in the microwave (set at full power for a maximum of 15-20 seconds)
- Add dissolved gelatin to the lemon syrup and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and mix well too
- Allow to cool to room temperature
- Fill in portions
- We put it in the refrigerator.
