In this delicious video we are double smoking a HAM on the Pit Boss Austin XL. Smoking a ham is a simple yet delicious way to feed a crowd. As always I appreciate the support my channel is receiving. I hope you all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!


Glaze Recipe
-2T Honey
-1C Sugar
1/4t Seasoned Salt
-1/2t Onion Powder
-1/8t Allspice
-1/4t Garlic Powder
-1/4t Ground Ginger
-1/2t Ground Nutmeg
-1/2t Ground Cinnamon

-Smoke ham for 1.5 hours at 250 degrees.
-Place ham in cast iron pan or foil tray and add moisture, I used coke. Wrap tightly with foil. Increased smoker temp to 350.
- After ham has reached internal temp of 140 we start the glazing process.
-Spread honey butter mixture on ham (only use half of spice mix for this step) and 2T melted butter and 2T Honey.
-Put back in smoker uncovered about 15-30 minutes.
-Prepare the rest of the glaze using 1/4 cup ham juices from pan and other half of spic mixture in a pan and bring to a boil.
-Pour glaze over ham and place under broiler for 5-10 minutes (keep an eye on it). If you don't want to use the broiler, mix all ingredients together to make the glaze and skip the first glazing step.
