Choco lava cake recipe | Baking with my husband | Virinda Dembla Malik

Here's the recipe for you to refer to in case you do try making Choco Lava Cake:
Prep your ramekins first with butter & flour

Mix 1
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp instant espresso
Melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave and add espresso to it. Combine and set aside.

Mix 2
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt (optional)

Whisk the eggs first a bit and then add in sugar.
Whip to a foamy consistency as shown in the recipe video.

Combine 1 & 2 gently, making sure the chocolate & butter mix is not too hot or you'll cook the eggs.
Add in 2-2.5 tbsp flour and fold it in the batter.
Bake for 8-10 mins at 425°F
Let the ramekins cool a bit and then de-mould.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice cream/fruit of your choice.
