Step back in time with me as I dawn the uniform of a WWII rifleman in the 1st Infantry Division's famous 16th Regimental Combat Team on D-Day. I will be wearing this uniform to D-Day Ohio this coming weekend to put on a demonstration of the weapons, equipment, and tactics that made D-Day possible. This event is held every year in Conneaut, Ohio in order to commemorate the soldiers who fought bravely on June 6th, 1944.
