The cylinder is stamped "48cm3" but is still stock and uses the original piston and cylinder head. This allows the 72cc SSR and other brands of bikes to compete in the 50cc classes instead of the 65cc 2 stroke classes.
We also installed our billet aluminum gas cap that stops the leaks from the stock gas caps found on SSR, Tao, Coolster, Apollo and many other brands with the black plastic as tanks and caps.
