Eye contact is important if you want to connect with people on camera. Looking into the lens in online meetings using Microsoft Teams or Zoom is especially important. The challenge is that you can't look at your screen and the camera lens at the same time without an expensive teleprompter setup. Now you can and without using AI tools that make it look like you have "dead eyes" that don't move at all.
