Rob is a long standing, passionate, #disability advocate. With a distinguished career in leading not for profit organisations across health and disability sectors, he has a reputation for delivering significant positive impact for the communities he has represented. With particular focus on community advocacy and welfare, he has had substantial demonstrable success in developing and leading organisation transformation and innovation. Beyond roles as CEO, Rob has served on several community and commercial organisation Boards, in addition to government advisory roles. A commitment to the principles of access and equity, and having family lived experience, drives his commitment to ensure we do all we can to assist our community.

Vasily is the proud father of two wonderful children, one of whom, Eddie, a charming 5-year-old boy, has been diagnosed with autism. A dedicated supporter of autistic children, Vasily manages a thriving early intervention clinic in Sydney, known as Rise High Therapy. Furthering his commitment to this cause, he is also pursuing his studies in Autism at the University of Wollongong. As a dad who has experienced firsthand the challenges related to a child's diagnosis, Vasily understands the crucial role of men's health and well-being.

Rob is a proud disability dad-vocate for his autistic son, and the creator of the podcast Dad-ability which is dedicated to the support and empowerment of all disability dads to learn from each other by opening up and being vulnerable in sharing successes, struggles and everything in between. Passionate about helping others, Rob has 15 years experience in the fitness industry as a senior executive and trainer and has now combined his passion with purpose in his role as Chief Growth Officer for WeFlex, a pioneering, fitness support service for people living with disability helping improve the longevity and quality of their life. Rob is also a lived experience mental health, community presenter for BlackDog Institute, educating youth and men on the importance of mental health.

Charles Clapshaw is an autistic artist and advocate, working to communicate and share the autistic experience through his keynotes, interactive art and paintings. He has exhibited globally and also worked as the worldwide president of the advertising network TBWA, working with most of the global brands including Apple, GE, L'Oréal and Adidas. These skills are now used to raise awareness and understanding for fellow autists and their carers.
