When we pour a concrete floor in a crawl space, like in this video, we like to pour the concrete floor before the subfloor gets built.
After the subfloor is built there isn't enough headroom to pour concrete without staying bent over in an uncomfortable position for the entire pour.
Even though we bend over to screed the concrete, most of the time we're standing upright as you can see in the video.
So if you're thinking of building the deck first, then pouring the concrete, I would recommend against it and let the concrete guys pour the floor first.
