James talks of the era of the energy internet: specifically, how distributed generation and blockchain are transforming legacy electricity networks into community owned economic engines.

Building on his Doctoral research unlocking Australian apartments to battery and storage technology, James is part of a technology company using blockchain to turn the world's energy markets into an energy internet. This company is called Power Ledger, and is influencing the energy market world wide.
