Instant pot Chicken and dumplins

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. t. Salt
2 T. butter
3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
4 cups Chicken stock
1/2 diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 can cream of celery opt.
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1/2 t. thyme
1t. parsley
1 t. poultry seasoning
1/4 cup water
2 T. cornstarch

saute chicken and onions, carrots, celery

add other ingredients , except water and cornstarch
Cook on manual for 8 minutes, let it pressure down for 10 minutes
stir in slurry
