The 2021 Kia K5 is all new for this year, shedding its previous name, Optima, for a globally-universal nameplate. Complimenting an aggressively styled interior and exterior is a 12-speaker Bose audio system, found in the upper-level EX and GT trims. With a larger touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, and decent sound, it's certainly an upgrade over the lower models. However, it is worth noting that the lower specs with the smaller screen support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while this system does not. Strange decision on Kia's part.

Bose does not provide maximum wattage for this radio.
