1/3 cup granulated sugar (67g)
1-1/3 cups milk (307g)
1-1/4 tsp salt (7g)
2 pc eggs (120g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened and cut into sticks (112.5g)
oil for frying

Cinnamon Sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
1 cup sugar

Banana Rum Filling
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 pc banana
3 tbsp rum
1/3 cup brown sugar

Strawberries and Cream
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
