Francisco Gimenez is a Partner @ 8VC focusing on Bio-IT investments and Enterprise AI. He received a PhD from Stanford in Biomedical Informatics. During this time, he also worked as a Resident Data Scientist at Formation8 Partners where he helped startups to strategize, prototype, and recruit for data products. He also is the founder of Catenus Science, a data science consulting and recruiting firm that used an apprenticeship model to help early stage companies build data science teams.
