Aid groups are reporting that the situation in Gaza's southernmost city of Rafah is becoming "overwhelmingly catastrophic", with more than 1.3 million Palestinians crammed into an area that would normally accommodate just 250 000 people. It comes as Israeli airstrikes continue right across the enclave, with people saying there is nowhere safe to go. SABC News Correspondent Sarah Coates is in Tel Aviv.
