California is the only state that has banned the use of plastic bags while nine other states have banned plastic bag bans. Think about all the plastic pollution coming from plastic containers, plastic straws, plastic utensils like forks, spoons, and knives, and other plastic wraps and bags that people use just one time before they end up in the trash, on our streets, or in the ocean.
