This documentary presents the different habitats of the species in Europe. It shows spectacular pictures, such as from the Norwegian Lofotes, where the sea eagles profit from the hunting success of orcas and hunchbacks. Or from the swamps in Finland, where the sea eagle moves near to wolves and bears in order to profit from their success again. In Germany most of the sea eagles live in the north-eastern areas that are rich in waters.The movie accompanys the eagles that are on an island which is home for hundreds of sea ravens, in order to eat the “babyfood” of the sea raven babys. Here again the sea eagle takes profit out of the success of the fellow creatures in their haunt.Thanks to dedicated conservationists, foresters and hunters, in our forests there never hatched as many sea eagles as today, and the times where eagles have been seen as varmints are over.
