In December 2023, McDonald’s opened its first CosMc’s location. It’s a new coffee shop that focuses on customizable beverages and quick service. But why? McDonald’s already has over 4,000 McCafe locations globally. We looked into it and found that there’s more going on here besides coffee and a peculiar space robot from the 1980s that no one remembers.
