Multiple counties across California have decreasing home prices up to 25% down such as Santa Barbara. Los Angeles is down 10% in November compared to October, that's a 10% crash in just 1 month.

Home prices are also down in other areas such as Orange County, San Diego, Ventura, Napa, San Francisco, Marin. SF Bay area is down 5.6%.

Across California in total single family homes are down 3% in just November alone and have been down-trending since August 2018.
