November is National Diabetes Awareness Month and the Delta Health team of Registered Dietitians/Nutritionists (RD/RDN) and Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) are committed to supporting our community members with nutrition-related diagnoses. Through counseling and education, our team provides a wide range of services for inpatients and outpatients throughout the hospital and the Delta County community.
