Classic Car Addict is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. The 1967 Mustang body was redesigned and different from the previous 2 years. The car got longer, and heavier and wider. By widening and redesigning the front suspension, the car acquired a much smoother ride.
The cabin is trimmed in black vinyl low-back bucket seats with white inserts and matching door panels. All new black carpeting was installed as well. Lap belts are fitted for front and rear occupants, a long center console with 4 cup holders, polished trim, push button radio, and front vent windows. A three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and alternator charging status. The five-digit odometer shows just over 18K miles, total mileage is unknown.
The body was repainted in its factory Wimbledon White (M) during the rebuild, paint refresh was done a few years ago. The glass all the way around is in great condition as well as the weatherstripping. The black vinyl top is also in excellent condition as well as the chrome moldings. Emblems on the Mustang are 289.
The 302ci V8 was reportedly rebuilt prior to installation and features a cast iron manifold, two-barrel carburetor, four-bolt pulley, and a 70-style radiator. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Ford 3-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. The Mustang rolls on Hercules H/P 4000 tires, P235/60R14’s and Ford 14-inch rims (seems as if they were previously painted black, we were able to remove some of the paint).
