David Frazier, a 2023 FREDERIC It List honoree, welcomes us into his cozy, pre-war apartment in NYC’s Greenwich Village neighborhood. Frazier, who hails from the South, describes the aesthetic of his home as ‘country comes to town’ and created a neutral palette with a mix of vintage pieces and antiques that accentuate the charming architectural details.
