Once the cold weather arrives we communicate the dangers of walking on wet pavement. Wet pavement will refreeze at night and in the morning melt once again in many cases. To add to this, any wet pavement that is cast in a shadow will take that much longer to melt if at all during the day. Please be careful out there.
