DUA :

"RABBANA ATINA FID DUNYA HASANA WA FIL AKHIRATI HASANA WA DINA AZAB AN NNAR"

Meaning of Dua :

“Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire Surah Quran Al Baqarah Ayah 201


This dua is divided into 3 parts as follows:

1.Seeking Goodness in this World: “Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanatan”
2.Seeking Goodness in the Hereafter: “wa fil Aakhirati hasanatan”
3.Seeking Protection from the Punishment of hellfire: “waqina ‘azab an-nar”

There is no dua that can be all-inclusive like this one as It Asks Allah to give to the person who recites it what is good in this life and what is good in the afterlife and protect the person from hellfire.
