Mini Malva Wraps

Ingredients:
1-2 cups of large Common Mallow leaves (stems removed)
1 avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
½ lemon (juiced)
Salt to taste
Hot sauce and nutritional yeast to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Collect a bunch of medium to large common mallow leaves and give them a thorough wash. Dry off the leaves and cut off their stems. Scoop a couple avocado slices onto each mallow leave and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, hot sauce and nutritional yeast. Finish by rolling leaves into mini wraps and secure with a tooth pick or enjoy open faced!
