When Brainy wants to prove that he has the heaviest brain and therefore is the most intelligent, he invents the "Smurf-scales". Unfortunately, instead of weighing his brain, the contraption turns Brainy into a complete dummy. The village loses its brainiac smurf and gains a second Dimwitty, which isn't without consequences…
